1. The carbon content of brakes is very high. During the manufacture of brakes, alloying elements all increase the relative hardening ability.


2. The welding process is not good. Hydrogen is present in the weld during welding and does not diffuse immediately, so the hydrogen accumulates in the metal and generates greater stress, resulting in cold cracks.


3. The welding thickness of the pick does not meet the standard, the welding rigidity is large, and the welding bonding force increases.


4. Since the cutting teeth cannot be uniformly heated and cooled during welding, the cutting teeth are also prone to cold cracks.


Poor wear resistance


Wear resistance refers to the wear resistance of alloy tool tips and tooth tips. Domestic stop alloys generally have high cobalt content, incomplete structure, low density, and low hardness, so the tool tip wear resistance of stop alloys is poor. Due to the unstable quality and performance of raw materials and improper heat treatment process of the pick, the pick head has cracks and low hardness, which affects the wear resistance.

The cutter head is provided with an installation block matched with the installation groove, the outer surface of the installation part is provided with four strip-shaped grooves, and the strip-shaped grooves are gradually reduced from the direction of the pick seat to the direction of the cutter head; An annular groove arranged in the center; two fixing rings arranged with a gap are arranged on the pick seat.
