Excavator Air filter replacement
The excavator air filter should be replaced or cleaned at least every 2000 hours or when the warning light is on. Note when replacing:
(1) The outer filter element can be cleaned up to 6 times and then must be replaced.
(2) The inner filter element is a one-time item, which cannot be cleaned and needs to be replaced directly.
(3) If the filter is damaged, it must also be replaced.
(4) Use clean and dry compressed air with a maximum pressure of 5BAR for compressed air. Do not bring the nozzle closer to 3–5 cm. Blow the filter clean from the inside along the pleats.
Replacement of air conditioner filter element
The excavator air conditioner filter element should be replaced every 1000 hours or 5 months of operation. Note when replacing:
If the air conditioning filter is clogged, the air intake will be reduced, and the cooling and heating capacity will also be reduced. Because, it needs to be cleaned or replaced regularly (some brands of air conditioner filter elements are located at the bottom of the rear of the driver's cab).
