Replacement of hitachi excavator hydraulic oil pipeline filter element
The filter element of the hydraulic oil pipeline of the excavator should be replaced every 500 hours. Note when replacing:
(1) When replacing the pipeline filter element, use the filter element wrench to turn the filter element counterclockwise to remove it.
(2) Inject hydraulic oil into the new filter element, and apply a layer of hydraulic oil to the O-ring before installation.
hitachi excavator Fuel filter replacement
The excavator engine fuel filter is replaced every 1000 hours. Note when replacing:
(1) When replacing the fuel filter element, first turn off the switch of the fuel line to prevent the fuel from flowing out all the time.
(2) Turn the filter element counterclockwise with the filter element wrench to remove it.
(3) Install a layer of fuel on the O-ring of the new filter element (do not add fuel to the fuel filter element, because unfiltered fuel will cause damage to fuel components).
Replacement of hitachi excavator hydraulic oil return filter element
The hydraulic oil return filter element of the excavator is replaced every 1000 hours. Note when replacing:
(1) First release the internal pressure of the hydraulic oil tank.
(2) Unscrew the hydraulic oil return cover.
(3) Remove the spring and bypass valve assembly in sequence, and finally remove the oil return filter element.
(4) Complete the installation of the oil return filter element according to the disassembly steps.
