Precautions for the use of rubber track pads for excavator:
Check the tension of the rubber crawler after it is installed. The tension is easy to cause the crawler to fall off during driving. Generally, when the machine is lifted, the sagging distance of the track at the middle wheel is 10-15cm. Rapid starts or turns on sharp bulges should be avoided.
Do not let the rubber surface come into contact with oil, wipe off the oil immediately. Avoid contact of the tracks with other parts of the machine, especially their inner edges. Severely worn drive wheels must not be used, as it will damage the track iron teeth.
When the machine does not work for a long time, the rubber track should be removed and the soil and other objects should be washed and stored indoors to avoid sun and rain. Because it is a rubber product, the operating temperature range of the rubber track is generally between -25 degrees Celsius and 55 degrees Celsius. But special rubber can meet the needs.
