(5) Pay attention to check the display value of the counter class

(9) Regularly check the change of hydraulic oil

(10) Pay attention to the leakage of the piping part
Whether the piping of the hydraulic device is good or not can be seen after running for a period of time, check whether there is oil leakage and whether the piping is loose.
(11) Pay attention to the operating conditions within three months of the new machine running

Excavator slow action and digging power failure and maintenance steps:
1. The pilot oil pressure should be checked first, and the measured pressure is 3.9MPA, which is normal;
2. Then check the pilot oil circuit and check the proportional solenoid valve. Clamp the DC clamp meter (set to mA gear) on the single wire of the proportional solenoid valve, set the mode switch to heavy load, start the engine, and perform actions, the clamp meter has no current indication.
3. Unplug the plug, turn on the key switch, and measure the input terminal voltage of about 24V, which is normal; the resistance of the proportional solenoid valve terminal is ∞, indicating that the proportional solenoid valve coil is open circuit.
