You can first unscrew the plug and then refuel. , As the oil level inside the fuel tank gradually rises, the air in the main pump will be exhausted little by little. When the exhaust plug starts to emit oil all the way out, the plug can be screwed on.
There is another part that needs to be filled with oil: the oil in the main pump casing is leaked from the main pump, and generally has a lot of iron chips, so the casing discharges the filter element. When replacing the hydraulic oil, it is also necessary to put the inner Fill with oil. The method is also very simple, disassemble the pipe at the discharge filter element of the shell, and pour oil into the pipe. It should be noted that you must be slow when adding oil, so as to avoid the air inside being sealed by the oil and unable to come out, mistakenly thinking that it is full.
The main pump with a pilot pump will also have a pilot oil filter element, and the pilot filter element must be replaced. This is because the pilot pump is generally in the form of a gear pump. Although the gear meshing is lubricated by hydraulic oil, it will also wear out, and some iron filings will fall off and enter the hydraulic system. If the pilot pump filter element is not replaced in time and the pilot filter element is blocked, the hydraulic oil will continue to provide pilot oil flow through the bypass oil circuit, and the pilot operating valve may be stuck.
