The excavator h link provides yield strength of 800MPa, impact flexibility of 800kJ/m2 and center hardness of 22HRC~25HRC. High strength CO2 gas shielded welding is used to ensure the strength of the link mechanism. The internal liner of excavator h link is made of spheroidal graphite cast iron, guaranteeing self-lubricating function when the bucket link is working.
Since excavator h link are not bushed, the bores will eventallly wear out and need replacing.Damage to both excavator h link and tipping links can result from excavator h link coming adrift during digging, or from fouling on items such as lifting chains. Damaged links should be replaced immediately to avoid further damage to the bucket, dipper arm, and bucket ram.
For your convenience we stock the tipping links in pairs, and the excavator h link without bushes, giving you the option of re-using bushes where they are still in good condition.
The I-frame is composed of curved plate/horse head/bucket ear/shaft sleeve, etc. The curved plate is made of Q345B high-quality manganese steel plate. The horse head and bucket ears are made of 45# seamless steel pipe with an outer diameter of 160. The inner pressure of the horse head and the bucket ear is a hole bushing (sleeve), the bushing is made of 45# steel pipe after heat treatment and the hardness reaches HRC45-50, and is equipped with high-quality butter nozzle and bucket shaft oil seal.
