Step 1: After cleaning the oil stain on the surface of the volvo excavator hydraulic pump, disassemble the hydraulic pump and place it on a clean workbench, and then remove the regulator fixed by the hexagon socket head bolt.
Step 2: Lay a rubber pad or cotton cloth on the workbench, put the pump and regulator installation side down, and place them horizontally on the workbench to disassemble the pump and valve body.
Step 3: Take out the cylinder block, plunger, valve plate, and cylinder spring from the hydraulic pump housing.
